With over 17 years in branding, marketing and communications design, Louise has worked for a range of clients in the healthcare, education and editorial sectors. Liaising with clients at all levels of organisations, she has experience in studio management, art direction and print production. Louise has also managed a specialist typesetting agency, providing materials for a range of clients from the DWP to pharmaceuticals. Motivated and passionate about the power of design and usability to communicate and achieve results, she is creative with strong typographic skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Lucy is an experienced journalist, marketeer and strategist. She has worked in the Latin American Service of the BBC World Service, at BBC documentaries, and as the Latin American specialist journalist at Christian Aid, where she worked on major international campaigns. After moving to East Anglia, she joined the British Refugee Council’s Ipswich office and became a qualified adviser in asylum and immigration. Most recently, Lucy edited the app which Omidyar Network launched for its conference on open government in London in November 2012. She is a keen advocate of open data and follows closely developments in this field.
She holds a BA in modern languages (French and Spanish) from Bristol University and an MA in Latin American studies (economics, politics and anthropology) from London University. She also holds diplomas from the Sorbonne, Paris, in French Civilisation, and City & Guilds in teaching adult learners.
Wendy is passionate about increasing support for the arts, heritage and the historic environment. Her expertise includes media coverage, campaign planning, government relations and issues management. She has senior level experience in the cultural and education sectors, with in-house and consultancy roles including:

• Member of National Trust East of England Regional Advisory Board
• Executive Director of Communications at Arts Council England
• Public engagement consultant to Heritage Lottery Fund East of England
• Marketing consultant to Ravensbourne digital media and design college

• Visiting Lecturer for the Masters in Arts Management at Anglia Ruskin University
Wendy is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.
Sam is an up and coming young filmmaker who has won an RTS award for camera work and a degree in Filmmaking from Bristol UWE. He is particularly passionate about the relationship between narrative and aesthetics and in documentary making.
